I don’t know why but I have been completely focused on jackets lately, I’m sensing similar feelings that I feel towards shoes.. but then again I came back home with 8 new pairs of shoes on Sunday so they still hold a special place in my heart. Either way storage wise, I can barely get through the door and I’m thinking about using the oven for my sweaters (like Carrie). This jacket though was something I ordered directly from the designer a while ago, from Charlie May that I spoke about here before. By a milestone the best white leather jacket I’ve even experienced.

Another funny thing I discovered is that my J.W Anderson shirt is the exact same material as the top he made for Topshop, which opens the door for some unexpected shirt layering, nice.

Finally back in London, I escaped the madness of hurricane Sandy last minute, it’s set to be quite severe.. I hope everyone manages to stay safe back in the US!

I spent the week in my new wardrobe that now consists mostly of the H&M Margiela pieces, first up the favorites that I’m not sure are meant to be worn together but I did it anyway. The ‘mother of all oversized jeans’ jeans and the constructed leather jacket that is starting to take more of a brownish hue after wearing it so much, brilliant.

I'm still in NYC, decided to stay an extra few days which have been amazing, I love this city. Anyway these are some of my favorites from the Margiela x H&M collection that I saw a few days ago. I ended up going quite crazy at the shopping event so I'm off to buy a second suitcase. More on the launch party soon!

Charlie May

Some photos from my dear friend Charlie’s show at LFW. Her design continues to impress me and it’s been amazing seeing her grow, I predict big things for this girl.

The fall collection earlier this year was shown in a slightly way, but I fell so hard for this white leather jacket that I borrowed for this day so I couldn't live without owning the piece. We’ll see how long I manage to fight the urge to place another Charlie May order.

My Math dress

Here it finally is, the dress I designed together with My-wardrobe and Shaz, mastermind of the brand Math! I previously spoke about our collaboration on the blog, see these shots from the process. So this is the result of a day spend planning the design together with Shaz. I wanted something with sporty cuts and possibly a wrap skirt but Shaz turned it in to something even better. The dress is designed to match Math’s SS13 collection, that I had the privilege to attend, wearing this dress.

But on to the best news! My-wardrobe is hosting a competition where on of you can win a chance to collaborate with Math on a design, just like I did, head over here to take part. Lately on Instagram

Sorry again for the lack of updates, I've been super busy with the new flat! I just came back from Spain where I wore my new Acne jeans, LnA tees and a selection of Karen London jewellery more or less all week. I of course managed to squeeze in a bit of shopping where I managed to find those Balenciaga boots on -70%!

Guilt vs. Happiness

When I saw the pre-fall version I fell in love, but when I saw this cleaner fall version I became obsessed. Somewhere in between that I placed a pre-order of these boots through Luisaviaroma. On some level it felt less naughty to not be charged right away, but now I'm struggling to balance the feelings of happiness and guilt. Life is short so I will go with happiness for now.

Finnish Elle

Last spring I was shot for Finland's Elle magazine! The feature, which is the Accessory supplement is now out in Finland, these are a few of my favorite shots.

In the pictures above I wore a ZARA tee, H&M jacket, GINA TRICOT jeans, ACNE boots and a PHILLIP LIM bag in the first pictures, taken outside my favorite cafe, Kaffeine. I then changed to a H&M waistcoat, LNA tee, MARNI x H&M pants and hat, TOPSHOP shoes, DANIELLE FOSTER bag and MOXHAM bracelet while I took some photos of my J.W ANDERSON x ALDO heels in the park.

It's been quite a slow blogging week for me which I apologize for. I will spend a few days in Spain and have a lot to catch up on. These beautiful earrings came from Gina Tricot, who I did a little project with - out soon.

Back from just a few weeks ago, when shorts were acceptable attire. Feels like summer went by almost unnoticed, luckily I might still get a doze of it as I am heading to Spain this weekend! But for now I am in Sweden for a few days and then it’s New York later this month!

I was supposed to be on a shopping break but everything is better when it’s not allowed or advised so I could not fight it anymore when I spotted this shirt in one of my favorite shops, Beam in Helsinki. I wore it in a shoot I did last week, so after getting to know it and all, parting ways proved to be too much for me.
